Apartment full of light, just so cosy and the best vibes in the middle of Neukölln cuisine, culture and creation.

This very homey, bright and unique two-room apartment is the perfect place to unfold alone or as a couple. It is a typical Berlin historical building, meaning the ceilings are high, the floor is wooden, and the windows are big. It is on the third floor of the so called front building (there is a rear building through the yard).

The ca. 70m2 two-room apt has a very spacious living and dining room, where you'll even find a desk to work on, a huge book shelf with lots of reading material to explore, two sofas, a big dining table and lots of light. From here you can enter the-chef-style kitchen, where there's even more light, a dishwasher, and everything else you will need for your convenience. The bathroom, which you can enter from the hallway, is spacious, with a big bathtub and lots of room for storage. The bedroom has a huge closet and as a nice addition, especially for summer, a balcony with a small bench, table and chair.

The apt. is located in the heart of Neukölln, just a 5 min walk to the infamous canal, which as you can imagine is just beautiful and pleasing especially in the warmer months. Every second weekend it will be worth it to stroll around the Newkoelln Flowmarket, where there is a lot of second-hand-clothing as well as regional vendors selling their products from food to jewelry to clothing and much more. In general, you will be surrounded by some of the finest Berlin cuisine, you'll find many vintage stores nearby (just three up Weserstreet around the corner), more shopping, galleries, bars, supermarkets, parks – the former Tempelhof Airport is a 10min bike or bus ride and cannot be missed – and much more in your immediate environment. To explore even more of this vibrating city bus line M41, which goes through the center of Berlin, is in front of the house. Subway line U7 is a 3-5 min walk, subway lines U8 (7min) and U6 (10 min) are super close. With these you can already explore many parts of the city. The S-Bahn, more bus and subway lines are also close. If you are not at all familiar with Berlin, as a born Berliner I am very happy to introduce you to a couple of must sees as well as some »insider tips« and try to meet your interests.

I'm here for any questions you might have and looking forward to answering them!
