We can arrange a weekly cleaning carried out by a professional cleaning service. The cost for the 4h in-depth weekly cleaning is approx. 130 EUR per month.

You also have the option of renting a secured parking space. It's just a 2 minute (160m) walk away from the apartment on the same side of the street. The cost is 130 EURO per month.

Landline telephone: all national calls to landline numbers are free. All other calls will result in extra charges. We will not put any surcharge on top of the ones that we will be invoiced by the telephone provider.

Video-On-Demand: We offer a huge free High-Definition TV bundle including an english program bundle. However, the cable provider offers a Video-On-Demand for the latest movies - you're welcome to use it, but its use will result in extra costs. We will not put any surcharge on top of the ones that we will be invoiced by the cable TV provider.

I'm traveling the world since 1998 as a freelance consultant for various International Organizations. To be able to feel at home somewhere, I bought this magnificent Berlin Penthouse. But as my job doesn't allow me to be very often in Germany, I decided to rent it during the months and years of my absence.
