Bethesda Down is within walking distance, and Silver Spring Metro and Silver Spring Down are within 2 miles. The building is in a very convenient location just opposite Bethesda Chevy Chase High School (one of the best High Schools in Montgomery County). The public bus runs to both metro stations from 5 AM to midnight every day. You can go to DC by taking the Red Line metro from Bethesda station, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the heart of DC. Metro bus runs in front of the building from 5 AM to past midnight every day, at 10-minute intervals on weekdays and 20-minute intervals on weekends. The condo has a full kitchen (Gas stove, dishwasher, large freezer, microwave, pots, pans, dishes), a nice bathroom, very lighted on the 5th floor, two walk-in closets, and one wall closet. Laundry is on the same floor; the building has Gym facilities(free to the residents) with a Sauna, swimming pool, one-car covered parking, and 24-hour security. The building has no pet policy. The rent is $1850/month. Internet connection is available, but charges at the prevailing rate (approximately $75) will be extra. There is a one-time move-in fee of $60.
