Idyllic rustic elegance in north Boulder

This is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3 bath single family home on a quiet cul-de-sac in north Boulder, with easy access to bike paths, to downtown, and to the University of Colorado. The house sits on the higher bank side of flowing water (during roughly April-October), which gives the sensations of a babbling mountain brook for much of the year. No pets and no smoking are allowed. Upstairs: Master BR + 2 offices/or/bedrooms; Ground floor: Kitchen, dining, fireplace/family, and office/printer/TV room; Basement: ping-pong table room, washer/dryer room, natural gas furnace and hot water heater. Location is close to a nice park. Home has a yard of grass, and there are many nice trees. Internet with WiFi is included, as is garbage service. Note also that guests staying here are welcome to use our 3 bicycles in the garage. It is a short 12 minute ride to CU, comparable to Wonderland Lake, and even faster to reach downtown Boulder by bike.

I highly recommend renting this house. We have moved to the USA and needed a short-term rental while we search for a house. We found this house to be beautiful: clean, well-furnished, spacious – pretty much everything we were hoping for. In fact, we were so happy that we came back for another 6-month period – simply because we love it here. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are very nice. Finally, the owner, Chris, is a great landlord, always willing to support us with any need we had. This is a great house and I am sure you would love it here if you choose to rent it.
