There are many rental choices in Boulder, make sure you choose one you will love. $3150 per month through March 2020, then $3450 per month April 2020 through September 2020, then $3150 per month October through December 2020. Fully furnished academic rental, well appointed, comfortable, stylish, a great condo. Three bedroom two full baths with availability for four beds. Loft office area, lofted ceilings, cable TV, internet, all inclusive linens, utensils, towels kitchen and bath amenities, washer/dryer, all new appliances including dishwasher. Newly painted, new carpet, updated nicely. Built in 1995. Underground parking, pool with cabanas, close to running and walking paths, ready to walk in and sit down. Very close to CU,NCAR, Nuropa, and two and a half blocks from Google's new HQ and Whole Foods. Location is 3095 29th Street in Boulder, and adjacent to Mapleton Montessori School.
