This flat overlooks Brockwell Park. It is available for a minimum period of two months (7th July to at least 1st Sept) and a maximum of two and a half months (7th July to 15th Sept). Most suitable for a quiet, professional couple.

Fully furnished, 2nd floor Victorian conversion; sunny & light place. Two bedrooms (second bedroom currently study but converts to full bedroom).

Garden-care: Am looking for people willing - and able to look after window boxes and front potted garden i.e. provide thorough and regular watering every 2 days; more often if dry and hot as is a south-facing front.
