Two-bedroom apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY

Our furnished apartment is now available exclusively for long-term renters looking for a convenient and comfortable location near Prospect Park. This garden-level apartment has a private entrance, full-size kitchen, bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer in the basement. The owners live on upper floors. There is no true backyard, but a small outdoor area with BBQ which we're happy to share.

The two bedrooms have a queen-size bed (plus a queen-size sofa bed in the parlor). However, the second bedroom can be rearranged for a small child or home office. Shops and restaurants are within a five minute walk, as are subway stops for the 2/3, Q/B, and F trains.

About Me
We love independent travel and spent our last sabbatical in Pakistan (Hindu Kush area) and China (Kashgar and Urumqi). Last spring took us to India. My husband, who teaches political economy at Columbia Business School, spearheaded the school's social entrepreneurship programs. I have two graduate degrees (MA in French Literature and an MBA), but didn't pursue an academic career. After staying home to raise our two daughters, I now conduct my own research. Last year, I self-published a micro-history of seventeenth-century Southold, Long Island.
