I lived in this apartment for almost a year and had a really fantastic experience. The apartment is 100% as advertised: very functional kitchen, small but comfortable dining/living room area, quiet and cozy bedroom. The location of this apartment is wonderful: only a 6 minute walk from the F train station and Prospect Park, near a multitude of grocery stores, wine shops, and nice restaurants in Park Slope and Windsor Terrace. It was a great pleasure to rent from Deb: she is so professional yet kind and considerate. She takes great care of the building (of which this apartment is most of the second floor), and fixes anything that needs to be fixed in the apartment promptly with absolute minimal disruption. The apartment is also surprisingly quiet and a great place to get work done in the daytime or nighttime. I lived here by myself for nearly a year, and it's great for one person, but I can see a couple living here comfortably too, so long as they get along very well! Excellent Sandy 7/3/2020 9:46:00 AM
