Historic Park Slope Studio over Winter Break and 2 weeks each month
I currently split my time between Brooklyn and my home in Pittsburgh, which means I have two weeks each month when my beautiful little studio on an historic Park Slope street, only 1/2 a block from Prospect Park, is sitting empty. I allow writers and artists to stay in my studio each month, but over the holiday, my studio will be available from December 14 - January 12. I offer this at a discounted rate since we all know it costs a minor fortune to live in or visit NY.
Don't hesitate to message me with questions.

RATES
I charge $700 for the first week and $500 for each week after that. But, over winter break, I'm willing to arrange the entire month for $2000.
