First floor:

The living room comes with a large sofa, and armchair, coffee tables and a bookcase plenty of books.

The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinets, a large dining table with chairs, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a dishwasher, a sink, and a stove with an oven .

The kitchen gives access to the private backyard, which is provided with a garden table, four chairs and two deckchairs. There is a private deck outside the French door.

The tiled bathroom has a closet, a sink, a toilet and a separate shower.

The second floor:

The first bedroom has wood floors and a windows facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a Queen size bed, a desk and a chair and two closets.

The second bedroom has a window facing the street and is equipped with a full size bed, a desk, a dresser and a closet.

Park Slope is an affluent neighborhood in northwest Brooklyn, New York City. Park Slope is roughly bounded by Prospect Park West to the east, Fourth Avenue to the west, Flatbush Avenue to the north, and Prospect Expressway to the south.
