The apartment also has NBN providing fast internet access, and a split system for hot and cold nights.On the ground floor is a communal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, there is a $3 charge to use these. Located in-between busy Sydney Rd and Lygon St you have a choice of restaurants and trendy shops and cafes to choose from. Just one block away is popular Barkly Square providing Coles supermarket, Woolworths, K-Mart, Fruit and Veggie shops, JB HI-FI, Hairdressers and Nail Salon. Getting around is easy with trams running along Lygon St and Sydney Rd which are just a few minutes walk away as well as Jewel train station.
