Our usual home, this renovated single-storey Victorian terrace offers access to the delights of Melbourne's northside. Located within easy walk of two tram lines, the city centre is 20-30 mins by tram or 20 mins by bike (5.5 kms). The house is located in a quiet street, only 100m from a park and playground. Also close by is a community environment park with a 7-days organic fruit and veg market, a waterway (Merri Creek), bike paths and sports fields.

The house has two bedrooms (one with BIR), a kitchen/ dining space (with courtyard and plumbed-in gas bbq), one bathroom/ laundry with bath, and a north-facing living room opening on to a small backyard. The living space and backyard enjoy sunshine all year round. In 2009 hydronic heating was installed. There are real hardwood floors in the front part of the house and polished concrete floors in the bathroom and living space. The garden has fruit trees a 'springfree' trampoline with safety net!
