Large, cheerful, light-filled & charming 2-bedroom apartment (Harvard Square)

This is our wonderful, happy and perfectly located 2-bedroom apartment in Harvard Square (on the quiet side overlooking Cambridge Common). This is a truly perfect spot in what we feel is the best building in Cambridge. It's on the top floor so it's quiet and private. The building is full of kind and wonderful neighbors who work, are academics or are retired. It is NOT a party building for students and everyone is considerate and thoughtful. We have lived here for ten years. This is a one-year sublease. I'd consider a person/family with a dog. Great closet space. Washer and dryer in basement.
