Large open fully equipped kitchen, recently upgraded and updated with new appliances. A huge kitchen island is perfect for family breakfasts and dinners, cooking with friends, and even kids' homework. Oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, trash compactor and garbage disposal. Dishes, pots, pans, food processor, coffee maker and other cooking utensils all included.

The dining room holds a large dining table and 8 chairs.

The living room has comfortable leather couches, two glass side tables and a glass coffee table. If you have kids, don't worry -- all our furniture is not just good looking, it's also sturdy and easy to clean.

Second floor has a large family room with a TV, a library/office nook (with plenty of bookshelves and a desk) and a large master bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are two large well organized closets in the master bedroom (one of them is a walk-in closet) and three sets of dressers. A queen platform bed comes with two side tables and built-in lights.

On the third floor, there are two large bedrooms and a laundry room with new energy-efficient washer and dryer and an ironing board and storage space. One of the bedrooms currently has two twin beds, a large dresser and a desk, the other -- a couch with a fold-out bed, a twin bed, desk and bookshelves. Both bedrooms have large well-equipped closets (one of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet). More beds can be added upon your request, including bunk beds or cribs. There is a full bathroom on the third floor, accessible through two doors: directly from one of the bedrooms and through another door, so that those who need to get to it at night don't have to go through a bedroom.

In the basement, there is a storage room and an attached large garage that can fit two cars. If you aren't driving, you can store all your bikes and other things there. Let us know if you need a bike, and we can probably get it for you. There is a lot of guest parking for all your guests.

This house has what no other place in Cambridge can offer: the association indoor swimming pool, open 24/7, completely free and like your private swimming pool, except better, because all the maintenance is done for you. There is also a jacuzzi and hot tub there, as well as two shower rooms. The pool is not huge and it's somewhat shallow (1.5m on the deepest side), but it's great for kids, and there are swim instructors whom you can hire for private lessons there.

Enjoy the beautiful grounds, while snow plowing and maintenance are taken care for you by the association! All paths and roads are promptly cleared early in the morning, no matter the severity of the snow storm.

You will be right near Fresh Pond, with beautiful walking paths, and within easy walking distance of multiple stores and shopping centers: Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Star Market grocery stores, as well as TJMaxx, Staples and other stores. Walk to Alewife T station or to Mt Auburn cemetery park or to Charles River and beyond. Even Harvard Sq. is only 30min WALK away. If you are a runner, run all the way to the Esplanade and into Boston, or, in the other direction, into Arlington, Lexington and beyond -- all on the safe paths, not on the roads. Parks abound nearby.

Right on the bus stop that goes into Harvard Sq T station. Plus many other buses within 5 minute walk -- so you can get to wherever you are going on public transportation easily any time of day. And if you are driving, enjoy your own garage.

Kids are welcome! The house can come with cribs, high chairs and toys. There are three playgrounds within less than five minute walk.

Central A/C, central heat. The house is very energy-efficient. We offer an option of all utilities included for an additional fee. You move in, and everything is ready for you. If you'd like, add unlimited cable internet for extra $66/month, and all you'll have to do is learn the Wi-fi password when you move in :). (cable modem and working wifi are provided regardless of whether you chose this option).

The house is available now through August 12th, 2018, and the next time it will be available will be September 1, 2019.
