Water, garbage collection, internet, printer, snow removal, monthly cleaning are included. You will have access to a bicycle if you wish to enjoy the local bike trail 5 minutes from the house. The condo is one and a half miles from Harvard Square in a great neighborhood. It is quiet yet 5 blocks from Davis Square and 3 houses from Mass Ave, with many restaurants, a movie theater, a gym and much more. Everything you would want including a gourmet grocery store is around the corner. A large yard with small pond and outdoor seating is available.
