Both beds are Australian Gum with Natural Latex mattresses. Second bathroom adjacent to smaller bedroom, with shower.

There is a very well equipped small kitchen with Smeg oven and Miele dishwasher. Blender, juicer, Circulon pans etc. Utility cupboard with washing machine and drier and large sink.

Large LCD smart TV. Wi-Fi with NBN (National Broadband Network) fast internet. Fan in living room though there is good cross air flow and sliding shutters across the loggia. Excellent Bowin Heater (natural gas) for winter.
