Central location, very quiet, north-facing, sweeping district views, south facing views into central garden, floor-to-ceiling sliding and folding glass walls onto balconies, through ventilation, ducted airconditioning/heating.

City Quarter is a peaceful, high quality development with well-maintained landscaped gardens, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 2 gyms, internal security parking (dedicated space) and secure lift access.

The apartment of Ien and Ian is absolutely fabulous! It is very spacious, has 2 bathrooms, and very well equipped. Moreover, having access to both the indoor and outdoor pool, as well as to the gym, was an big plus for us! We enjoyed the amazing views from the (huge!) balcony, and the neighborhood was just perfect for our family with 2 young children. Lots of nice playgrounds, shops and restaurants! Also, the neighborhood is easily connected with the CBD by public transport. Finally, Ien and Ian have been very helpful in helping us out with various arrangements; they are just perfect hosts! This is a wonderful base for exploring Sydney. We felt lucky to have found it the moment we walked in, and appreciated it even more by the end of our stay in March of 2018. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, and the kitchen is especially well equipped. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool and an excellent exercise room. The view from the balcony is expansive and oftentimes dramatic, with pretty extraordinary bird life visible and sometimes landing. It is in a great neighborhood for walking, with some really nice parks close by. There are lots of very good restaurants within walking distance. We liked Tramsheds in particular—it is a pleasant walk and has both good restaurants and good food shopping. Also, from there you can get the light rail train, a nice way to get downtown. Ien and Ian are excellent hosts, easy to work with, and very helpful in getting oriented. Very highly recommended! Excellent JMH 3/9/2019 7:49:00 PM
We had a great holiday in Sydney,staying in Ian's apartment.It is a spacious, quiet 4th floor apartment in a modern building,private with very comfortable main bedroom and two bathrooms and has modern facilities with excellent sitting and dining areas.From the large balcony there are lovely views over leafy parts of Sydney. There is access to a gym,to indoor and outdoor swimming pools and convenience stores and eating establishments are close by.It is within walking distance of Sydney University,cafes, restaurants and bakeries in Annandale,Glebe and Newtown. Just outside the main door to the building is a bus stop which takes one to the City Centre and we used this often as it was so convenient.When we rented a car for longer trips we used Ian's designated parking space in the secure underground carpark. Ian's apartment is very spacious with a massive view from an open deck. The apartment is well-equipped for visitors and yet designed for a local. It is located supremely close to the University of Sydney and there are many great shops and cafes nearby (Broadway, Glebe Point Road, a shop across the street for basic needs, and a quite good sushi restaurant one block away). The bus lines running frequently along Parramatta Road take you into the city. Access to the pool and gym were a big plus, especially during the summer. The huge flat screen TV in the living room was a guilty pleasure, too. The apartment has a very new and modern feel, though the carpet and rugs are a bit worn. The bathrooms are in superb condition (we gave it a bit of a scrub down).

Ian was extremely helpful and on the ball--it was delightful to meet him. Staying here made our three week stint in Sydney extraordinarily comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!
