Available from 15 June 2024, this is a very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped one bedroom flat in Cassington, a small village very close to Oxford. Everything is provided and included. It's fully furnished and fitted out, includes all utilities and high speed wi-fi, and is popular with academic visitors looking for a very convenient place to stay. As everything is included there are no other bills or paperwork to sort out. We've had lots of positive feedback over the years from our visitors from all around the world. The flat is available by the week between 15 and 30 June 2024 at £420 inclusive per week, and it's then available monthly from 1 July 2024 at £1,395 inclusive on a calendar month basis. Approximately 635 sq ft (59 sq m) in size, it has a very spacious open plan living area, fitted kitchen, full cooker, microwave, washing machine, large double bedroom with en suite bathroom, high speed wi-fi, TV, generous wardrobe space, all linen and towels. Non-smokers only. There are also sofa beds in the living room if you have friends or family to stay. The flat is a self-contained part of a private house set in its own grounds, with its own entrance. There is ample room to park a car right outside the entrance to the flat, and good storage for bicycles. The village of Cassington, Oxfordshire, is approximately three miles west of Oxford towards Witney and the Cotswolds. There are frequent buses from the edge of the village into Oxford or Witney (the S1, S2 and H2 services run by Stagecoach), and also a dedicated cycle track for those who prefer to cycle into Oxford. It's also a great location for exploring the Oxfordshire countryside, and is close to historic Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. The village has two pubs, one that serves food daily, and no shops. But you can order deliveries online from supermarkets such as Waitrose, Ocado, Tesco and Sainsbury. It's very simple and efficient and a great service.
