The flat is a spacious ground-floor flat in a beautiful Edwardian House in Stoke Newington with three rooms in total. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bright living room, a small bathroom with a bathtub and an open-plan kitchen with access to a patio and shared garden. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances (a large fridge and freezer, oven, gas stove, Miele dishwasher and washing machine). Two wood burners (one in the living room and one in the kitchen) can be used in the winter months however the flat is well-insulated and has new radiators in every room. It has an excellent energy rating and it is in general very warm. The living room is sunny and bright in the morning, offering two sofas and a smaller table. The garden is shared between the residents in the house. There is no TV but high-speed Wi-Fi. I am used to working form home and using both the livingroom and the kitchen. The neighbourhood is tranquil while offering plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets (Wholefoods, Sainsbury, Morrissons) and a farmer's market within walking distance. Nearby is Abney Park Cemetary - one of the oldest cemeteries in London - and Springfield Park with access to the Marshes and suitable for longer Canal Walks. Transport connections are very convenient with Clapton Station, Stoke Newington Station, Manor House (Picadilly line), and Finsbury Park (Victoria Line and good access to Cambridge) nearby. It takes 30 minutes to get to the British Library and Kings Cross.
