This 1500 sq ft residence shares the 5 acres with the owner's home. The gardens, paths, lawns are maintained and you are welcome to harvest from our vegetable garden during your stay. The entire property is fenced to keep deer out of the gardens and pets are welcome. We are a 10 minute drive from UNC Chapel Hill, 40 minutes from Duke and 55 from NC State. Although the setting is definitely rural, shopping and restaurants are nearby.
