This place is fantastic and a fantastic deal too. I can't say enough about the apartment or the landlord or the building staff. We rented the apartment Sept 2018 - May 2019 after selling our home in Chicago; ONLY leaving because we bought an apartment in the neighborhood. Everything worked out beautifully - landlord is terrific and responsive - you will love the morning sun and views of the lake. Parking in the building is a luxury I hate to give up! Fabulous apartment in the midst of everything good about Chicago! Walk to Lincoln Park and Lakefront, myriad of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops--and if you can't walk, the bus on the corner gets you everywhere you need to be! Robert Black is extremely responsive to any question or concern and the building engineer and staff do all the rest. My wife and I just spent six months with our three sons in the apartment. It was a perfect place for us. The apartment is well kept and it contained everything we needed. The location is fantastic. The beautiful Oz Park is but a few yards away and it is only a short walk to Lincoln Park and the zoo. Restaurants, bars and shops are all around the corner, yet it is still a quiet place. The landlord was very nice and helpful. He promptly responded to our calls or e-mails. If we had a problem - and there were very few - he took care of it immediately. My husband and I really enjoyed the year we spent in Chicago in this condo; we were here September through early June. The location is ideal: very close to public transportation and DePaul University. Quiet, residential block, and both the unit and building are very clean and secure.

Owners were extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. If we return to Chicago in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Me and my daughter spent a great year in Chicago. We loved to stay in Jeremy's apartment, a very nice place in a beautiful neighborhood. It is easy to get downtown by trains and buses.
