Very close to the city, parkland and public transport.

A beautiful, newly renovated, and comfortable home in a very popular inner urban area. My home is a few metres from parkland, and a bike track that goes all the way to the city centre through parkland. Nearby, 5 minutes walk, are buses and trains that take you to several major Universities, Hospitals and Libraries. A pool and leisure centre as well as restaurants, coffee bars and shops are within a short walk. The build is contemporary with open stairs not suitable for toddlers, and decorated with antiques and art works. The house is a delight to live in with several living areas, ducted heating, air conditioning and security alarm. There are bi fold doors onto a deck off the living area and decks off the bedrooms and study upstairs. One full bathroom with shower and bath, and an additional toilet downstairs. All the basics ( linen, printer, fully equipped kitchen etc.) that are needed are provided including wifi. I have friends and family nearby who will be able to help you with any queries that may arise. Rent negotiable for a single person / sitter .

We had an amazing time living here from August 2013 - February 2014. It's in a great area, 5 mins from a busy train station (on two lines), easy to get into the city. Nearby shops, restaurants, and parks are lovely. The owner is always accessible, very helpful, and answers emails quickly. The house is calm, very stylish, and easy to live in. We stayed here for 3 months, September - November 2012 and had a great time. It's a great house (duplex) in an excellent area of Melbourne (Clifton Hill) and is very convenient for public transportation.
