Warm and Bright 2BR in fantastic Brooklyn neighborhood

I need to sublet my lovely 2BR flat during the winter/spring/summer (flexible dates) while I'm working from my home in Athens.

I'm searching for 1-2 peaceful people who would keep it very clean (that really matters to me!) Ideally, you would also take good care of my art works and plants I would prefer to find someone for the full period of time, but I'm open to seeing what might be possible if it's shorter term.

My rental dates are flexible, starting anytime from January 2020 through August 20, 2021 (departure date flexible). The monthly rent--including utilities and fiber optic high speed internet--is $2500. My home is a newly remodeled 2 BR in the fabulous Ft Greene/Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, within a 7-15 minute walk of the G, A, F, Q, B, and R trains. A bus leading to the A, F, R trains is located directly across the street from my flat, and drops you at the Jay MetroTech station in 10 minutes. On the Q train at DeKalb station it is only 2 stops to Union Square.

The flat includes:
--a very comfortable, well lit living/dining room with carpets, art & plants
--central heating (you control temperature)
--lots of light--located on 3rd floor (3 apartments total in building with a lovely restaurant on the ground floor)
--a well stocked cook's kitchen with dishwasher
--high speed fiber optic wi-fi
--one bathroom (with bathtub/shower--unlimited hot water)
--a master bedroom with queen bed, dresser, bookshelves
--a second bedroom that has a fold out couch/double bed with a full library full of art and philosophy books and Arts & Crafts antique desk.
--there is a sizeable, double size closet; there is also another closet in the hallway for coats and storage.
--washing machine/dryer in the flat (!)
--lots of nice Brooklyn-ish architectural details like brick walls and plenty of sunshine (long windows throughout)
--an abundance of grocery stores, great bars/restaurants and Ft. Greene park with tennis courts nearby
--a Saturday farmer's market in the park
--very friendly, helpful and responsible neighbors

About Me
I am a Professor of Visual Culture in the Fine Arts program at Parsons School of Design and the Director of the Curatorial Design Research Lab at The New School in NYC. I also work as an independent curator focused on producing cultural events/exhibitions internationally, especially in Southern Europe and post-communist countries. As a dual citizen of both the US and Greece with a home in Athens, I travel frequently for work and pleasure, and my home--a clean, cozy nest that is of great value to me-- reflects all these experiences and interests.
