Enjoy our historic Arts & Crafts home in the historic district of Crawfordsville while we are on sabbatical. The house sits on a half-acre lot with fruit & vegetable gardens, playset, firepit, and lots of space to run around. The house also has a carriage house garage and a brick parking area for additional cars. Located in the Elston Grove historic district, our house overlooks the Lew Wallace Study and backs onto historic Lane Place.

The house is fully furnished with a formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, library/TV room, entry hall, half bath, and large living room with a grand piano on the main floor. On the second floor are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (including a large master bedroom-bathroom suite) and a laundry room. On the third floor is a large family room with a foosball table, pool table, hideabed sofa, and a 5th bedroom.

My family of four rented this apartment in 2016 (mid-July to late-December). We loved the apartment and the location is about as good as it gets. The apartment is in old Nice. It's very close to many of the best attractions (e.g. Collene du Chateau, Place Massena, Promenade du Paillon) and to the Nice tram. Best of all, the Mediterranean sea is just a short walk away (~5 minutes by foot). The landlords Eric and Rixa are also incredibly responsive, and we found them extremely easy to deal with. We rented and lived in this apartment for 7 months (September 2015 till March 2016) and loved every minute. Location is super as it is right in old town which means everything is within walking distance. The neighbors are superb and the apartment itself is very well equipped with all the comforts of home.
