Located within the renowned historic Duke Park district of Durham, this 2018 built three bedroom, three bath unit offers modern amenities and a prime location, providing the convenience of city living nestled within walking distance to Geer St. and a quick drive to downtown Durham. It also less than a 10 minute drive to Duke University.

Equipped with 2000 square feet of interior space and an enclosed back yard (perfect for dogs or kids to run around in), this unit provides all the space needed to ensure your stay feels like you never left home.

The property features hardwoods throughout and upon entry to the kitchen, you'll experience modern appliances, granite counter-tops, an island and spacious modern cabinetry filled with enough utensils and cookware to whip up a gourmet meal if you so desire.

The unit comes equipped with a master bedroom and bathroom located on the second floor. All linens will be provided for each room. There are also two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom located in the hallway. All bathrooms will come stocked with shampoo and body wash, plus toiletries and towels for your stay.

The living room has plenty of comfortable couches and chairs and comes equipped with an HDTV that offers Hulu and Netflix for some relaxation time when you're not working or out exploring Durham.

The property also offers private parking that allows you to easily unload your luggage or any great shopping finds.

We are proud to say this space is extremely pet friendly, so feel free to bring your four legged family members as well.

We also offer a Keurig stocked with coffee pods, green tea, and apple cider to get your day started off right for the duration of your stay.

The house is located within the historic Duke Park neighborhood and is within walking distance from Geer St, which features a number of dining and entertainment options.
A few of our favorites are Dame's Chicken and Waffles and The Pit, sure to satisfy any appetite.
Geer Street Garden is a must see, it's an eatery and bar that resides in an old gas station.
A few other favorites are the Fullsteam Brewery at the heart of Durham's Warehouse District or The Pickelback which offers karaoke, bar games and happy hour food.
Another neat place to grab a bite and a pint is Kotuku Surf Club, the atmosphere is ripe with vintage signs and memorabilia and offers a pool table to pass the time.
But, if you want to combine everything into one, check out Motorco Music Hall, a concert venue that offers a global street food experience paired and a steady stream of Indie artists from all over the country.

If you feel the need to get some exercise in during your stay, South Ellerbe Creek Trail access is a short walk down the street from the property and provides a great space for a casual stroll or a good run.
