Situated within Edmonton's well-treed, mature University neighbourhood, this new custom-built, fully furnished, spacious, and energy efficient home is a short walk to the University of Alberta campuses and Hospitals, or the LRT train station. A 10 minute train ride will take you to the downtown business district and the Arts district with its world class Winspear Music Centre, Art Gallery of Alberta, Citadel Theatre complex, Winston Churchill Square, the N.A.I.T. campusand much else. From my house it is a five-minute walk to North America’s largest developed urban river valley parkway system with walking and biking trails. Public schools, playground, churches, an Arts park, a corner café and bistro are all within easy walking distance in this safe and family-friendly neighbourhood. A 20-minute walk will bring you to the unique character of the Old Strathcona district with its boutiques, restaurants, entertainment venues, and vibrant street life.
