PIAN DEI GIULLARI PANORAMIC APARTMENT IN AN OLIVE GROVE 15 MINUTES FROM THE PONTE VECCHIO

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen & breakfast room, a studio, a swimming pool, a garden, parking space and panoramic views in all directions - north over Florence to Fiesole and the Appenines beyond, south to the hills of Chianti, west to the slopes leading up to the villa dei Pazzi, east into more of Tuscany - this is what we have to offer someone seeking a lovely and quiet retreat at the gates of Florence. We would prefer long-term rentals of six months or more but, particularly during the summer months when the pool is open and the breeze from the foce di Fiesole keeps us out of the heat of the city, we will accept rentals of one or two months.

The Ottanelli’s apartment is exceptionally well-located in a very French part of Paris (very few tourists). There are an excellent cheese shop, a fish shop, a grocer’s and a baker’s very close by, two supermarkets within a five-minute walk, and a market street within a ten-minute walk. There is a multiplex cinema just across the street and numerous cafés close by. The park Montsouris is a ten-minute walk down the rue d’Alésia. It is very easy and quick to get to central Paris from the apartment by direct metro and bus lines. The apartment itself is a former artist’s studio so one side of it is almost entirely north-facing windows. The apartment has recently been renovated and is well-furnished and well-equipped and imaginatively and tastefully decorated. There is a wonderful work/study space on the mezzanine in addition to a bedroom, living area, dining area and a kitchen. It was a marvelous and very comfortable place to spend a few weeks in Paris.
