A front office space gives you even more room for work or creativity. Enjoy reading and coffee or a glass of wine on the front porch under a 100 year old blossoming trumpet vine. Highly recommended! My wife, daughter and I stayed here from late September through late December 2019. Amazing location, 3 short blocks from Old Town and all the bars, restaurants, and shops it has to offer. My wife biked just 5 blocks to CSU for work. This charming, warm, bright and welcoming home is sure to satisfy and delight! We have rented this home for a year now and can not say enough about comforts, space,"location, location, location", and the excellent communication and dependability of the landlord! From the bright and airy main living area, fantastic kitchen and utilities, versatile and spacious dining/den area and private fenced backyard, this home is completed with herb garden, backyard patio and front porch! The house is in excellent condition, beautiful hardwoods and in a quiet neighborhood with walking convenience to all that Old Town offers. This truly became our "home" and our experience here was flawless! We are grateful to our fabulous landlord for this most gratifying and memorable rental experience. Thank you!!
