Studio in Gávea: very green and tranquility

Studio with American kitchen. A large room with a conservatory with a hammock. Simple and cozy decor. Landscaped courtyard for al fresco dining and quiet reading.
Quiet and safe neighborhood, across the street from PUC / Rio. Close to the beaches of Leblon, Ipanema. Short distance from Shopping da Gávea, Jardim Botânico, Lagoa Rodrigues de Freitas, Jockey and antiques and organic food fair.
I intend to interact as much as I can with the guests.
Quiet and safe street, grassy and landscaped yard, shared laundry, hot gas shower, kitchen with dishwasher and fridge, microwave oven, household items and, TV and NET, high speed broadband. Comfortable beds, quality linen. Air conditioning. Two air conditioning units. Internal garage.
