Summerhouse on W. coast of Bodrum peninsula..5mins walk to divine waters of E. Aegean.

A light, airy simply furnished lovely summerhouse , with views of the sacred Koyunbaba bay, exquisite natural rocks and trees..This is a very, very lovely location for sun, swimming, delicious eating...
Our summerhouse is in Gumuskaya Estate, just within the Gumusluk boundary from the very well known Yalikavak town- both with delightful cafes, restaurants, tea houses and weekly markets within 15m bus ride in either direction.
Yalikavak and Gumusluk are fishing towns who still maintain their old charm, as well as having become fairly cosmopolitan holiday locations- where the wealthier set have more recently followed the decades of artist, writers and scholars who still have summer homes here.
The 2 storey whitewashed summerhouse is free standing with its own garden, with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably (+ 2 guests on the sofabeds in the lounge).
It has 2 large balconies facing the bay with dining table, armchairs for evening driks etc, as well as a large terrace at the back with hammocks and sofa for reclining away from the afternoon sun. The kitchen is fully equipped, modern kitchen for summer home cooking/ dining.
There are two shower/ toilet rooms - one on each floor. Solar powered hot water.
Just bring your own beach towels!
Koyunbaba is the best swimming on the Bodrum peninsula, maybe due to the magical minerals from the ancient stone quarry - not to be missed en route to the beach!
