100 year old home made for family

Ever drive by a large old home and wonder what it would be like to live there? That's our house. Built in 1923 by an eccentric lady, it has 6 bedrooms, large living room w fireplace, adjoining dinning room and large kitchen with an eating area that seats 6. There are two bedrooms on the main level and three on the upper level. One has craftsman's style sleeping porch. The pool level has another master bedroom with private bath. The pool level also has a large rec room with fireplace. Pool level has laundry and small w/c.

Outside there is a large split level patio next to the gated pool and a large side garden area with gazebo and fruit trees, avocado, lemon fig.

Thee room are spacious and there are several options for home offices and for teenagers to also remote learn if the situation does not improve soon.

About Me
We have a large six bedroom home with pool in a quiet area of Glendale California near Occidental College within reasonable distance of USC. (Also Claremont Colleges are accessible via the 210 freeway as I used to teach Mock Trial at CMC). I am retired real estate broker and attorney and I am helping an elderly friend financially rehabilitate herself after years of elder abuse. She has two Glendale homes. A small two bedroom home and a large 6 bedroom room home with pool which is ideal for a visiting professor who wants to bring a large family.
