Beautiful River Home in Historic Tidewater Virginia Perfect for Sabbatical!

First, let me apologize for this belated review. My lateness in no way reflects our delight with the rental but instead, pressing health-related matters. My husband and I rented this delightful home for the month of May 2017. We loved every minute at this beautiful property, which is obviously cherished by the family. In fact, their apparent love and care for this family home is what we found most appealing about it. We felt so honored they would entrust this treasure for our enjoyment. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the lower level, with 3 bedrooms and a bath on the upper level. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch, where we had coffee every morning and cocktails/dinner in the evenings. We hope that we can one day return to this lovely spot, among the most favorite in our well-traveled and blessed lives.
