Beautiful house in vibrant ALBAYZIN , Unique Alhambra Palace views. Available 12 to 24th of August

Traditional white townhouse in the heart of the vibrant Albayzin district, the ancient Moorish quarter.. now mostly a pedestrian neighbourhood . Forget cars and walk everywhere from the house: to historical sites but also to schools, university, tapas bars, fresh food market and shops.

Luminous, bright and comfortable, the three storey house consists of :

- 3 charming double bedrooms (one with two single beds, and two with double beds). There is one bedroom on each level.

- kitchen with two table top fridges, electric oven, micro waves, gas hob, blender and everything you need to cook great meals, including a magnificent views onto the Alhambra palace.

- dining room opening onto the main terrace, furnished with six guests Moroccan ceramic table and chairs for diners al fresco in front of the Alhambra palace.

- A/C lounge with double gazed French windows onto a relaxing deck with deck chairs and mature plants.

- a large bathroom with bath/shower/ washing machine/tumble dryer.

- 2 toilets.

- reliable internet connection to work from home.

The house features incredible views overlooking gardens, palaces and the famous Alhambra from the inside and from the two private terraces ( 300 degrees views).

The first wooden pergola terrace is furnished with outdoor dining facilities : large Moroccan ceramic table and iron casts chairs .The second terrace is equipped with deck chairs.

We provide white towels and linen. TV with DVD player and all the assistance needed with school and after school activities registration, if needed. We also live in the albayzin quarter, so we'd be happy to introduce you to local life.

My partner and I took a three month Andalusian break from our busy city lives in Paris and London... we fell in love with this region, a perfect cross-roads for travelers: Andalusia with its strong culture, breathtaking and ever changing landscapes ... but also on the doorstep to Africa ! We extended our stay ... two children and thousands of new places later, twenty beautiful years have passed ! We are now living in the Albayzin quarter of Granada always enjoying traveling and sharing our special places with fellow travellers.

We lived in this lovely flat for 2.5 years, and it has been an all-around great experience. Comely Bank, where the flat is located in, is certainly one of the best areas to stay in Edinburgh, with lovely Stockbridge and its great selection of restaurants, pubs and coffees right around the corner, but enough away to keep any business at bay. So the neighbourhood is very relaxed. Inverleith Park is just a hundred yards away. For those into running or walking this offers a direct connection to Leith walk. The city center is within walking distance. The flat is fully furbished and in a great state. The interior is well thought through. Particularly handy is the great amount of storage space, which really distinguishes this flat from others we have seen in a comparable size. The living room has a couch that, in case of need, also sleeps to people, which is useful when getting visitors. The landlords are very helpful and easy to cooperate with. There is a community garden which is good to store bikes, dry laundry or just hang out a bit. Overall, we would highly recommend to stay in the flat. From all flats we have seen in Edinburgh, and this is a fair number, we would not have chosen a single one above this one. Excellent Elisabeth Reiner 2/6/2018 1:33:00 AM
La casa del piano is as lovely as the pictures depict. We enjoyed the patio and its pool for outside dining under the lemon tree, the romantic balcony outside the master bedroom and the top balcony with views of the castle and surrounding countryside. The house is on the nicest street in the village, a pedestrian street. The life in the village was a wonderful experience thanks to Christine who at our every request tried to fulfill our needs.
