2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious flat and an unbeatable view overlooking the whole of London – St Paul’s, Hampstead Heath, the Shard, Canary Wharf. Fully furnished. Beuatifully decorated. Walnut floor throughout. Balcony to sit out on. Very quiet. High ceilings, beautiful modern bathrooms, lovely square sitting room. Lots of bookshelves.
The flat is in a cul de sac next to the Heath which has fishing, cycling, running, tennis, bowls, and a lido and ponds for all season swimming. Award winning GP surgery 100 metres away, Royal Free hospital and a great gym both 500 metres away, and loads of schools. There are cars to rent by the hour 300 metres sway and there is parking outside the flat if you need it. I live in the next street to offer help when needed.
TRANSPORT
The area is quiet and residential, with excellent transport links to central London. Great public transport 300 metres away, including Overground trains (Hampstead Heath station), Northern Line (Belsize Park station) and four bus routes (24, 168, C11, 46) which get you to SOAS, UCL, Kings, Queen Mary, LSE etc. as well as to Euston, Waterloo (National Theatre), British Library, St Pancras international, all in 20-30 minutes. It's easy to get to Heathrow via Paddington and Luton via West Hampstead. There is a train to Clapham Junction which connects with the train to Gatwick.
Hampstead Theatre is 10 minutes by bus and Islington is 10 minutes by Overground. Kings Cross concert halls and theatre is 20 minutes away. Hackney, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Dalston, with their theatres, restaurants and music venues, are accessible direct on the Overground in 20 minutes.
SOUTH END GREEN
The local area is called South End Green and has loads of independent cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, bakeries, a large Marks and Spencer, a Budgens, and two cinemas close by. There is a vegetable stall at the bottom of the road, and fishmongers and butchers within 15 minutes walk. There are two farmers' markets on a Saturday. South End Green is between Belsize Park and Hampstead and academics, journalists, media people, actors live here. Once you move here, it is difficult to live anywhere else.
