Jasminka was a wonderful landlady of her 1-bedroom apartment in Berlin, where I stayed for six months.

The apartment was very tastefully furnished and well equipped; it was a perfect home during my arrival year in Berlin.

We were able to very effectively start arranging the tenancy before I had even arrived in the city, and when I saw the apartment in person it was even better than the listing suggested.

Then, during my stay, while most of the time she was in living in London, communication was always very friendly and efficient, and any issues that I had, she very quickly found someone to help me.

I would have stayed longer and enjoyed the apartment further, but at the time I had planned an extended stay abroad so it was necessary for me to give it up; I could then see how the next tenants also enjoyed the apartment greatly.
