Sabbatical home for a few months in Barcelona downtown (Poblenou)

Our apartment is located next to the "Parc Central of poblenou", at walking distance to the beach, and a few metro stops from the city center (Plaza de Cataluña). We have a bike in the street that can be used by our guest and we could also let you use our CityPass to pick public bikes.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (but only 2 available since we keep the smaller one to store our stuff) and 2 bathrooms, a balcony facing a quiet area, air-conditioning, and WIFI. 1 bedroom with a double bed bd, and another bedroom with two individual beds. There is a sofa-bed in the living room.
