Historical Centre of Berlin, €500/week or €1700/month

Located in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, our place is walking distance to Humboldt-University, museum island, and other historic sites. Very well connected by public transport - underground, bus, tram just a few mins. away on foot.
Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops are one block away, even an award-winning bakery on our street. Though very central, our street is small and quiet. Very friendly neighbours and safe neighbourhood.

3 bedrooms, full bathroom (bathtub and shower), closet, open kitchen and living room, built in 1910 but renovated two years ago. Original hardwood floor boards, doors, and art deco elements. We have a terrace and garden, also very quiet, i.e. ground floor, no climbing stairs. The kitchen has modern appliances, gas-stove, dishwasher. Washing machine, central heating.
A charming flat suitable for 4 people.

Fully furnished.

Rent includes utilities (WIFI, heat, gas, water, electricity), linen, towels. No smokers, please.

About Me
I love books and English. So after obtaining a diploma in the book and publishing trade, I earned my Master’s Degree in English and German Literature from Humboldt-University, Berlin, and then decided to teach English and do translation work for some ten years. I am passionate about English and found English teaching to be very satisfying, assisting students aqcuire a skill that enables them to develop their professional and life goals, or to share their knowledge and expertise with others. Since 2007 I have been working in ELT (English Language Teaching) publishing at Pearson PLC. I work together with teachers and staff at academic institutions to improve teaching and helping students make measurable progress. I particularly enjoy the dynamics that result from the global relevance and nature of English combined with the evolving publishing field.
