Unique old house in the heart of Brookline. Its location is excellent not only for the town and public facilities (5' walk to the public library, two parks, public swimming pool, two T's stations, shops, restaurants and the police station) but also for some of the main universities of the area. This cozy centennial house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a carriage house in which you can park your car without suffering the snow. During the Spring and Summer time, you will enjoy our porch and the spacious condo backyard (to which you have direct access since the house is located on the first floor). We love this house and have a nice relationship with our neighbors- we look for someone who will be respectful and take a good care of the house.
