This home is perfect for 2 couples traveling together, for families that work from home, have in laws that like to visit, or an au pair, as the separate, detached Guest house is a unique feature that ensures everyone has their own space. This home and its guest house boast style, modern features, and an elegance rarely found in Fort Collins.

Built in 1948, this home offers a perfect central location for walking, biking, or easily getting just about anywhere in Fort Collins. Four blocks from the CSU Performing Arts Center, theatre performances and concerts are only a short walk away. The Spring Creek/Poudre bike trails are just a few blocks to the south. Fort Collins's vibrant old town/downtown is a walk or easy bike ride away. Also close are the flower gardens, Whole Foods, Poudre Valley Hospital, the CSU veterinary teaching hospital, and the Fort Collins Club Fitness Center. And, the best part is that in spite of being in the center of so much activity, this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a quiet street.

Inside, the house has been completely updated. Lots of light, stunning modern design, original wood floors, and comfortable beds await you. The kitchen features a professional style gas stove and oven that for those who like to cook is a dream to cook on. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable featuring plenty of storage, the home’s original hardwood floors, and a king-size bed. The second bedroom is the corner bedroom with lots of light and windows, has a comfortable queen bed and works well for a couple or a little one that would prefer a bed closer to the ground. The office has a large desk and lots of space for projects. The desk can be moved to the side and there is space for a blow up mattress or pak n play/crib. Fast, reliable internet access is provided. The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer.

Two sets of double doors open to the backyard deck where you’ll find a gas grill and space for outdoor dining, relaxation, and a fire table. The yard is completely fenced for safety. There is a one car attached garage.

Finally, there is even an in law suite / guest house. It is a separate building from the main house. The entrance is located off the back patio and requires climbing one flight of stairs. It has vaulted ceilings, lots of light, and the set up is similar to a “studio apartment.” It can be used as a space to live in (in laws or au pair), a quiet home office, or a work out space. It has a comfortable queen bed, bathroom with sink toilet and shower, kitchenette, reliable internet, and an office space with a desk.

This home is strictly non-smoking. While our general policy is no pets preferred, some dogs may be allowed if approved at the time of reservation. An additional pet fee and signed pet agreement will be required. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults (3 couples) or two couples with children, but it is not appropriate for larger groups or gatherings. Children are welcome and while the house is not completely childproofed it is mostly safe as it is a one level ranch and our dressers and bookcases are bolted to the wall. We have available for use: 1 pak n play, toys, booster seat, potty, and high chair.
