Fully Furnished Room for Rent Close to Downtown Phoenix

Hi There,

Are you completing your clinical rotations near downtown Phoenix? Is there some archival work that you will be doing in the many collections at the ASU library? Are you generally an awesome person that wants to live in the best part of Phoenix? I am an ASU Online Instructor and PhD student looking for 1 person to sublet my bedroom in a 2b/2b apartment from June 18-July 31.

Bedroom is fully furnished, with a large bathroom that is not shared; but is located in the hallway if you were to invite guests to visit.

Weekly Rental at $150/week (negotiable if staying more than one week). Apartment is available for the entire month of July at $525 per month. Contact me at lauren.espinoza@asu.edu.

Biking distance to light rail and downtown Phoenix, ASU Downtown, University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix, your own parking space. There may be a '95 Toyota Camry available over the summer months.
