Option 1 Full third floor of victorian family home with 1-2 beds, efficiency kitchen, full bath, sitting room and eating area. Can be configured to be 1 or 2 bedrooms or 2 separate suites with shared bath. $2,850 (1 person) / $3,100 (2-people). Negotiable based on demand and circumstances. Option 2 Full lower level studio with private bath, efficiency kitchen, sitting & eating area. Suitable for 1 person. $2,350 Option 3 Short-term rental or house-sitting exchange options possible for our main house. Exchange interests include central location in NYC, London, Madrid, or another vibrant city. All spaces include stocked kitchenette, induction cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, sink, countertops, cabinets and refrigerator.

Comments: You are sharing our home which is a large victorian style house. The space is a private 3rd floor suite in our home with a separate entrance and a kitchenette. Laundry is shared and in the basement.
