My villa is available for rental and/or home swap exchange. I marked an indicative price it can be as low as 500/week or as high as 4,000/week depending on a lot of factors such as the season, number of people and, most importantly, the exclusive use of the whole place or the use of just one of the two separated villas. The price you see should be right attending season and volume of travellers of the period, however we can talk and I will just send you a 'Special Offer' with the right price if we need to suit your budget and we can... I can't set just one price on a given night because that same night can cost half of the posted price if you go for the small villa ) only or double for the big villa or triple if you want the exclusive on the whole place. This is an exclusive villa complex that has been published several times on architecture magazines and websites, located in the Natural Reserve of Vendicari, roughly 1 mile away from a sandy beach and in the vicinity of the Unesco World Heritage city of Noto, famous for its baroque architecture. The complex is made out of two buildings all set on the ground floor, for a total indoor space of 250sq mts, 20,000sq mts of garden, 700sq mts of terraces, a 13 by 3mts swimming pool, on the border with the natural reserve of Vendicari, a secluded location our of the hustle bustle of holiday makers. The smaller villa comprises of a living room with flatscreen and double sleeping couch; there is also a bedroom with double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction burners, microwave, espresso coffee machine and dining area as well as an en-suite to the bedroom full bath with shower and bidet. The terrace has garden furniture, sun shade and loungers. The property is enclosed and fenced, suitable for children and dogs. There is a swimming pool with shade and 8 stretchers.
