Bright 2-bedroom plus den townhouse condo in coveted, central Victoria location

We will be away the month of December for holidays and visiting family. Our warm, colourful, well-equipped, 2bedroom + den 3-storey townhome condo is available, furnished, for the entire month of December 2017.

The unit is one of six units in a complex built in 2003. It retains a contemporary and urban feel, with a lot of natural light and hardwood. Transportation and lifestyle options are excellent making it a highly coveted location. It is very close to bus routes leading directly to downtown, Oak Bay Village (a charming and character-rich shopping area), Willows beach (stunning ocean and mountain views), the Oak Bay Marina and to the University of Victoria. By bus, it is approximately 15 to 20 minutes to UVic on Victoria Regional Transit Buses #11, 14 or 15 which are accessible close to the house; by car, it is 10 minutes to campus. The home is very close and within walking distance to multiple specialty and high quality grocery outlets, drugstores, a walk-in medical clinic, Royal Jubilee Hospital, salons, banks, spas, a liquor store, pubs, restaurants, parks, fitness centres, etc. It is approximately a 35-minute walk to downtown and a 15-minute walk to beautiful Oak Bay Village shopping area and the waterfront and marina.
