Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor flat for rent (minimum 10 weeks).Close to public transport,London universities and theatres etc. We have a private garden accessed through french doors.
Paddington recreation park is opposite and very quiet leafy location.
We are a retired academic couple with adult kids overseas in HK and Australia.
The flat is fully furnished and comfortable with towels, linen, duvets etc. Kitchen fully equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. Separate washer and dryer. Our personal belongings e.g. clothes,shoes etc will removed and cupboards and drawers emptied. Ready to move in!
We have renovated the flat and put in new heating....looks great!
Everything included in the weekly cost ie gas, electricity, internet, TV licence etc. Netflix/iplayer all available. Nothing to pay.
