My wife and I and our seven year daughter had a wonderful three weeks here in August 2018. The apt is a classic LA bungalow, with two roomy bedrooms, a nice garden,a good size dining room and living room, air conditioning, a small but serviceable kitchen, and a covered front porch. It's very private, very quiet, and ideal for academics, since there are lots of places to read and a dining table at which to write.

The location can't be beat--in under half an hour you can drive to UCLA; to Santa Monica; and to downtown (and therefore USC). The neighborhood is very walkable, and close to most of our favourite places in LA, most particularly the Farmer's Market and the Arclight cinema. And Jessie, who lives next door, is extremely friendly and helpful. When we next come to LA I hope we get to stay here again--we used to live in the area which for my money is the nicest and most livable in the city.

We could not find a better place to live for a couple of months with 2 young kids!

The house is charming, spacious, well equipped and the area is very pleasant, close to the outstanding "Farmer Market" and "The Grove". The sun deck and the garden behind were a big plus to relax and take benefit of the quietness of this area and the Californian weather.

I definitely recommend that place.
