Clean Safe Bright Spacious Oasis In heart of NYC & Parking Space!

Perfect space for a graduate students or professors single or a couple wanting to work, study, research in rich multi ethnic and diverse neighborhood close to Columbia University, BMCC and Hunter .
Safe, clean, well maintained new building .
Recently renovated clean, safe building.Flat has two big bright bedrooms with large windows, and closets and is lightly furnished. Open concept dining and living room, marble floors contact us for more pictures. There are short flights of stairs, 2nd floor apt and no elevator. Vibrant, multi ethnic and diverse area with authentic bars, restaurants and live music venues. Grocery store and laundry all very close as well as Central park, Mount Sinai hospital and New York's famous Museum Mile where the worlds best museums are within walking distance.
We can include a super convenient parking space in the rent if you want the option of keeping your car in the city while you work or attend school - it's a luxury in the city to have a car in Manhattan for weekend getaways to explore all of NYC and New York State. Reasonably priced separate from the rent.
Best for Children over 10 years of age. We like building and flat to be cleaned often so every 2 weeks the cleaner comes.

About Me
My name is Jay, I am an art advisor, curator and welder. I attended graduate school in London, England and have an MA in art, I also did a year of undergrad in Rome Italy and those were the best experiences of my life. Now I would like to share my lovely flat with a visiting graduate student, scholar or faculty coming to work and explore NewYork City. The opportunities, inspiration and adventure of New York City are something to experience at least once in the life of any academic or students life. I was born and raised in Manhattan NYC so I know a lot about how to move (although this dynamic city is always changing) and get the most out of living here and can be of great help to anyone coming to study, practice or teach here.
