Sunny family home in great neighborhood 1 mile from UC Berkeley

Our home is in a fantastic neighborhood 1 mile south of the UC Berkeley campus. We're close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and College Ave. Easy commute to San Francisco by car, bus or BART.

The hub of our home is the huge sunny kitchen that opens out to a deck and backyard. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and lots of open sunny space make it a great home base for a visiting couple or family. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. One bedroom has bunk beds, another has a twin, and a "bonus room" can be used as an office.

The strong wifi and backyard make our house is a great place for working from home and socially-distant visiting.
