I just wanted to highly recommend Robert as a tenant for any landlord. He stayed at our Paris apartment for just a couple of weeks but has been very communicative, courteous and reliable. As a landlord himself, he was also very respectful of the space. Excellent Janka 6/3/2020 2:01:00 PM
We stayed in Rob’s apartment for five months, and couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. The apartment is bright, spacious and perfectly located in the centre of Paris. Rob was always happy to help if we had any questions, and he even showed us around the neighbourhood when we moved in, pointing out his favourite restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The apartment is well equipped, and has lots of storage space. We hope to have the chance some day to stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone planning to spend some time in Paris. Excellent john 4/2/2019 9:24:00 AM
REFERS TO Listing #119177: My partner and I spent 4 months living in Rob's place. The apartment is just as fantastic as the pictures suggest (or, if anything, even better). It is a truly spacious flat, with excellent light, a comfortable bedroom, sizable bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. It is in the heart of Paris, with everything you need at your fingertips. Even though you are seconds from one of the most interconnected subway stations in Paris, you are totally unaware of that: the street is largely pedestrian and completely charming. 2 great grocery stores to choose from, excellent restaurants, produce stores, bakeries etc. Rob is a hugely fair, accommodating and reliable landlord. He was always responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely stay. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent Laura Noorani 1/15/2019 12:31:00 AM
REFERS TO Listing #119177: We enjoyed the apartment greatly. The main room - open living room and dining room - is spacious and high-ceilinged. The apartment is on one of the best shopping streets in Paris and the many food stores and restaurants are stone's throw away. The one downside is the bedroom - it is often dark and the bed was rather small. The landlord was responsible and helpful and the housekeeper he recommended did an excellent job.

**Owner Remarks:*** I’d like to briefly comment on the observation in Mr. K.’s review regarding the property’s bedroom being “often dark”. In fact, due to expressions from past guests that the bedroom allowed in too much light, black-out roller shades were installed several years ago. Fully closed, these do indeed block out natural light allowing guests to sleep in late and/or take afternoon naps. However, with the blinds open, the room normally enjoys abundant natural light. Of course, the bedroom is equipped with multiple lamps providing very adequate lighting in the evenings or on overcast days. With respect to the size and comfort of the bed, it is 140 X 190 cm; slightly larger than an American “full” or “double” bed.
