Biweekly cleaning services are also included.

This beautiful1 bedroom garden suite is 1000 SqF(190 SqM) and has it’s (11’x 20’) front porch and rear private porch (11’x18’) with lounge chairs, a dining area and a private gas BBQ. Both the front and rear porch are shaded by a 100+ yr old trees.

The suite is an open concept living/dining/kitchen space. It is furnished in an “Old Toronto Style” with art and antiques.
• The large eat in kitchen (14’x10,13 SqM) comes with a centre island and has granite countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator and range, and a full size washer/drye. It also has a small study nook and direct walkout to the porch/garden/BBQ

• The living room/dining room is 20'x12'(17SqM) and has an antique farmhouse table and chairs plus custom built wall units.

This two-story apartment is located on a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of three well-established West Toronto neighbourhoods: Roncesvalles, High Park, and Bloor West Village. This area is well known for its great food scene and family friendly communities. Recently, our neighbourhood High Park/Swansea has been ranked in the Top 3, out of 140, of the 2013 August edition of Toronto Life Magazine's "The Best Places to live in the City."
The apartment is within walking distance of excellent primary and secondary schools, local gyms, yoga studios, bistros, cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, fruit stores, specialty cheese stores, butcher shops and the recently saved and community run Revue Cinema.
Old growth trees and many parks surround Alhambra Ave. Notably, the house is two blocks from High Park, Toronto’s largest park and hub for outdoor activities, including numerous playgrounds, ponds, running/hiking/walking trails, a children’s zoo, skating rink, swimming pool, children’s wading pools, lease free dog areas, baseball/soccer/football fields, restaurants, and the Howard Park Tennis Club. Just a short walk south from High Park leads you to the Lakeshore where you can traverse the waterfront Martin Goodman running and biking trail, Sunnyside Beach and its volleyball courts, restaurant, and swimming pool. Other nearby parks include High Park, Columbus Parkette, Erwin Krichhahn Park and Lithuania Park.

Transportation - 8 mins to Downtown

UP Express Train, Subway and Streetcars: Our Neighbourhood scores 100 out of 100 on the Transit score website for cities. Just steps to the Keele or Dundas West Subway stations and UP Express Dundas station. Also 4 different streetcars lines that run across the city. (505 Dundas line, 306 Carlton/College line, and 504 King St Line, Queen Line).

About Me
We are a couple who frequently travels to visit our children around the world. We enjoy renting and staying in apartments and private homes during our travels as it gives us flexibility to relax and entertain with our family and friends. It is this genuine home away from home feeling that we like to provide to our guests. We have rented previously to visiting academics, members of the diplomatic corp, relocating executives and to families from our neighbourhood who were renovating their homes and to visiting grandparents for extended stays. We have also had out of country parents who wish to reconnect with their university children for the summer and holidays.
