Fully furnished, comfortable and well equipped 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in very desirable location near UBC and top rated private and public elementary and high schools.
Arts & Crafts style house with wainscotting in principal rooms and updated in 2011 with new kitchen and bathrooms. Main floor has living, dining and TV rooms, large kitchen with island and half-bathroom. Upstairs has three bedrooms and full bathroom with tub and separate extra large walk in shower, heated floors and towel rack. Master bedroom has Queen sized bed (150cm). Two additional bedrooms with twin size beds (90cm- one is extra long). Double bedroom, bathroom and extra large washer and dryer on lower level.

I stayed at Geoff and Irene’s apartment for four months at the end of 2017 and had an absolutely great experience. In case you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place, this is it! I got in contact with Geoff and Irene through this website and the communication was very smooth right from the start. Geoff and Irene live in the house upstairs and are the most welcoming hosts. They were very helpful in providing with me with tips before I arrived in Vancouver and were always more than happy to help me whenever I had a question about Vancouver or BC. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you can wish for (comfortable bed, great shower, very well-equipped kitchen and living area). When I arrived at the apartment everything was in place, really clean, but most importantly I felt right at home. The location is absolutely perfect when you have to be at UBC and it is also very close to public transit. I walked to campus every day and enjoyed the lovely walk through the pacific spirit regional park. Also, in case you do not enjoy walking as much as I do; it’s very easy to get around by bike and the bus stop is also just around the corner. I LOVED this Point Grey apartment. It's two blocks away from the main buses to go to UBC, downtown, and Skytrain (convenient for the airport runs!). You can walk to campus between 25 mins (UBC Hospital) to 35 mins (Business School). Grocery stores, restaurants, and the public library are all around the corner. The apartment is very new, clean, spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The landlords have thought of everything! They live upstairs and are absolutely fantastic and accommodating. If you need anything (e.g., borrow the vacuum cleaner), you can ask them, and they'll respond right away. And they have the cutest little dog that's very well-behaved. I would have stayed there indefinitely if I weren't commuting between two of the most expensive cities in the world and paying double rent. And even with that in mind, I thought the price for this apartment was very reasonable for what it offers (a lot!). It was the perfect sanctuary after a hectic day at work or traveling.
